Urauchi River Mariyudu Waterfall and Canoeing
Escape into the great nature in Iriomote Island. The Urauchi River, the longest river in Okinawa,where you enjoy the jungle river cruise, hike up to Mryudo waterfalls. These beautiful falls have been included in the list of the top 100 waterfalls in Japan. These falls can be admired from a viewing platform in the middle of the jungle, then hike up to Kanpire falls where you can get close to the water. After having a specially made a bento lunch, board a canoe and go down the river while receiving nature commentary from a local guide. The narrowing Utara River is covered by mangrove trees where you will be contact with Iriomote Island's magnificent nature.

Upon arrival at Uehara Port in Iriomote Island, a courtesy car of Urauchi River Kanko will pick you up. After arriving at the office, we will guide you to the Urauchi River sightseeing boat boarding area.

- Pregnant individuals and those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate.
- Infants (under 6 years old) and guests over 66 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour, including those accompanying them.

Additional Info
- When Uehara port operation is suspended due to the sea condition, the tour will be cancelled.
- Due to the structure of the canoe, there are drainage holes in the bottom of the canoe, so please be sure to bring clothes that can get wet, a change of clothes, and a bath towel.
- On the day of the tour, please wear a swimsuit under clothes that can get wet.
- The tour may be canceled or the contents may change due to the weather conditions on the day.
- Please bring your own hat, sunscreen, rain cape, etc. if necessary.
- Please bring shoes or marine boots that you don't mind getting wet as you may be walking through wet/muddy spots.
- We do not provide hotel pick-up service, so please use a rental car or cab to Ishigaki Port Terminal and come by yourself.
